Yiwu: Annual Cooperative Audit of Foreign Investment Enterprises Launched

Recently, Yiwu Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau, associating with Bureau of Statistics, Bureau of Finance, Bureau of State Taxation, Bureau of Local Taxation, Administration of Industry and Commerce and Administration of Foreign Exchange, launched the Annual Cooperative Audit to the foreign investment enterprises in Yiwu.

It is reported that the Audit aims to those foreign investment enterprises registered before December 31, 2007, including companies invested from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese. Procedure goes as follows:

enterprises log on to the website of Zhejiang Provincial Annual Cooperative Audit Online of Foreign Investment Enterprises (www.zjslhnj.gov.cn) to declare the audit online for a pre-audit; when the pre-audit is eligible, enterprises submit Annual Cooperative Audit Report and other necessary documents to departments concerned for a recheck.

Departments concerned will logout those “three-no-enterprises (It refers to enterprises with no capital, no plant, and no administrative structure.)” and revoke their licenses. To those who fail to declare the audit, not to declare according to the facts or violate the laws and regulations, appropriate departments will call to account for their responsibility.
